The institute is established in 55 Acre, out of them 10 acre land is transfered to the Government Engineering College in 2017 where Engineering College Building, Hostels, Workshop and Residances are under construction.
Out of them remaining 45 acre land area the Main Building, Electronics Building, 4-Hostels for boys, 1-hostel for girls (under construction) and residence for principle and staffs are constructed.
